Before Endless Creators represented talent, we were talent. That changes how we run things.
Endless Creators started in 2023, in Dubai, without much of a plan. Rosie was already building Endless, the region's fashion rental and resale platform, largely on her own. Chris was still in a corporate job at the time and decided to leave it to help build the business full time.
To pay the bills while they bootstrapped Endless, both of them started modelling. Neither expected it to become part of the story. It opened doors: campaigns with major regional and international brands, and relationships across the UAE's creative industry that neither of them had before.
It also showed them, from the inside, what needed fixing. Talent was often treated as an afterthought. Payments were delayed for weeks after a shoot had wrapped. Briefs changed without warning, with no one representing the person in front of the camera.
Brands now run much of their marketing through the people in front of the camera, so who represents that talent matters more than it used to. Chris and Rosie built Endless Creators to be that agency: talent gets paid properly and on time, brands get people who are genuinely good at the job, and the contracts and admin are handled for both sides.
It's the agency they wish had existed when they started.
Rosie Gunn

Rosie began her career as a fashion buyer at Marks & Spencer HQ, working across womenswear and lingerie. In 2019, aged 26, she launched Endless in the UK. In 2023 she relocated to Dubai to launch Endless in the UAE with no team and no funding. Two years later, the platform works with more than 500 brands.
Chris Primett
Co-Founder & COO
Before Endless, Chris worked in Deals Strategy & Operations at PwC Middle East, and spent four years at Grant Thornton UK in operational improvement and business consulting. Earlier still, he held engineering and manufacturing leadership roles at GKN Aerospace. He left the corporate world in 2023 to build Endless Creators alongside Rosie.
