1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, Instagram handle), profile information (bio, rate card, trade license details), and usage data (pages visited, features used). Payment data is processed by our payment provider and not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, verify your compliance credentials, match creators and brands, process agreements and payments, and send transactional notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
Creator profile data (name, handle, categories, rate card) is visible to registered brands. Brand profile data is visible to registered creators. Trade license details are visible only to administrators and used for verification. We share data with Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Anthropic (OCR processing).
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Compliance records may be retained for 7 years in accordance with UAE regulations.
5. Your Rights

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser but some platform features may not function correctly.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised Endless team members.
