1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Endless Creators (endlesscreators.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UAE laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid UAE trade license to register as a creator on Endless Creators. Brands must be registered entities operating in the UAE or internationally.

3. Creator Obligations

Creators must maintain a valid UAE trade license and, where required, display their Mu'lin permit number. All content delivered under agreements on this platform must comply with UAE influencer marketing regulations set by the National Media Council and relevant authorities.

4. Brand Obligations

Brands agree to accurately represent their business and campaigns. Brands may only send collaboration offers for legitimate marketing purposes and must honour agreed payment terms within the platform.

5. Platform Fees

Endless Creators charges platform fees as detailed in the Pricing section. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Endless FZC-LLC reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Content rights for collaborations are governed by the individual agreement terms agreed between creator and brand within the platform. Endless Creators does not claim ownership of creator or brand content.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between creators and brands are handled through the platform's dispute resolution flow. Endless Creators acts as a neutral facilitator and its decisions on disputes are final.

8. Limitation of Liability

Endless FZC-LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid in the 3 months prior to the dispute.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
